Cape Medics
Cape Medics, began in 2005 specialising in the film industry medical services. Our unique service is that we are able to facilitate medical services for up to 55 000 spectators in house, with all equipment, staffing and all ambulance coming from Cape Medics.

In 2011, we ventured in a management partnership with Eyethu EMedics, to open the Eyethu Emedics/Cape Medics service in the Gauteng. This allowed us to offer this service to Gauteng as well.

As a service provider and supplier to Gallagher Convention Centre, we are able to provide a standised medical service that allows management a single contact point for a full service package.
Eyethu Events
Eyethu is a Zulu word meaning “OURS”

In essence our vision is to “own” an event in terms of owning responsibility for service delivery, which ultimately contributes to the safety and success of the event, or function being presented by the organiser and/or sponsor.

  • Event risk analysis
  • SAPS co-ordination including Dog unit and SANAP
  • Fire Safety planning and approval
  • Local council legal regulation adherence
  • VIP transportation and security
  • Paramedical and Medical emergency planning and co-ordination
  • Disaster management planning and execution
  • Metro police co-ordination, including traffic control
  • Noise pollution planning, approval and assessment
  • Event security staffing
  • Occasional Liquor License applications
