GALLAGHER INVESTS IN FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS
Gallagher Convention Centre is busy implementing upgrades to their facilities. These improvements will expand the capacity of the Convention Centre and further introduce measures of convenience for clients and visitors.
Preparations for a new parking lot are in the final planning phases and construction will commence soon. The new lot will increase the 403 parking bays already available on the estate, improving logistics and the traffic flow for the many large events and exhibitions held at Gallagher. In conjunction with the parking lot, a new road with pathway lights will be built behind the exhibition halls. Other upgrades are also in the pipeline, including the repainting of the exhibition halls.
Says acting Managing Director, Adolf Venter: “Upgrading the facilities is an ongoing process which improves not only the infrastructure, but also supports the fact that Gallagher is one of the top five conferencing and events venues in South Africa. We consider these improvements an investment in the total quality offering of Gallagher.”
